  DISGUSTING - Hair in food, poor service - 3/31/17 - To start, once we sat we weren't exactly sure who our waitress was, we think it was this one girl but since she wasn't around much we had to ask a guy who obviously wasn't doing our section to help us (not busy, 3/4 empty). Appetizer came (Never got napkins, had to wait for girl to come around to ask for those), after eating into it found a hair. They replaced it no problem. Now one hair is bad enough but I thought hey, things happen and thanked them for replacing. Kids food came first, after 10 mins later and seeing other folks that came in after us get their food, we asked about ours. Got our food, all starting eating and found another hair in my sons food. By this point I was upset, remained civil but I think they saw it on my face. Manager apologized and took some off our bill but it still skieved me to eat anything I was served. Not sure if kids are running the place or not but it seems they have multiple issues. We were excited about Chilis coming to our area but not so much now, don't see it here too long at this rate. Don't know if I'll be back.

  Terrible service. You'll wait forever to be seated and then to be served. It's also a good chance your food will be wrong too.

  Well we waited an hour to be seated, not because it was busy but they are understaffed and have subpar service. Then we waited half an hour for someone to come get our drink order. After that it took 15 minutes to bring the drinks that were the wrong drinks. After getting the correct drinks it took over an hour to be served or food.

  I have been to this location a few times. First visit was right after opening and bedsides the food taking forever I really enjoyed myself. But lately every time I go in it's just ridiculous. Tonight I walked in saw 4 available tables 2 of which were dirty. I proceeded to observe the hostess go off to and flirt with some guys at a table for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile another group comes in, and was seated with in minutes. She said she worked there and went ahead and sat her and her friends. We waited for about 30 minutes and none of the tables that were empty when inarrived were ever seated with guest. Once we got to the bar we asked for titis punch, first one was made incorrectly the bartender re made it and proceeded to make it incorrectly, we kindly interrupted him and told him it was wrong.he was nice about us correcting him but he was also very agitated.
  The manger couldn't even make a Long Island , no one could bus tables and unless you used the app to get a seat you would wait an hr while open tables sat for your whole waiting time.
  The service here is hit or miss, being on a college campus staffed with majority students it's like social hour and no work getting done.
  
  They need better trained bartenders and skilled management running this place. Being one of the few places that serves alcohol near campus it will potentially always maintain business but it's unfortunate that the wait time and environment will never change.
